We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Manager / General Manager to take charge of our daily business operations. You will be responsible for managing teams, tracking project deadlines, improving processes, and ensuring that the company’s day-to-day work runs smoothly without any friction.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day business activities and ensure all departments/teams are performing efficiently.
Task Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects, set deadlines, and ensure the team delivers work on time.
Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the management and the team, resolving internal bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in current workflows and implement better systems.
Reporting: Regularly update the founder/management on operational progress, challenges, and milestones.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and make quick, logical decisions.
Familiarity with project management tools (like Trello, Asana, Jira, or ERP systems) is a plus.
